| 9:30 pm | it's alive. barely though. hi my dears, it's Saturday 9.30 pm and you know where I am? AT WORK! that's how I spent almost every weekend for the last few weeks. and that's also the main reason why I'm not around. also, my dad had a big surgery three weeks ago and when I was not working I was dadsitting in the hospital (we took turns). I'm physically exhausted and emotionally drained. and that says a lot, because normally I'm more like an Energizer Bunny. so in case you wondered why the threatened spamming never happened, RL got in the way. and I hate it. at the mo' I'm waiting for a rendering to be completed (a new interactive 5D-Game as we have another opening in Berlin on Monday), that's why I have a few seconds to drop in and say hi. so Hi! I hope everyone is doing better than me! take care, and don't forget me, while I'm fighting with the big!boss to get a free day or a weekend or maybe just a few hours more than I need to go home and sleep... *rollseyes* apropos 5D, my co-workers are more gross than yours. during the weekly team-meeting they had the brilliant idea to combine the 5D-theaters with our porn postpro. 5D-porn. can we all say EWWW! together? that'd be porn with smell! and motion, of course. but imagine the smell! ewww. hey, but on the plus side, my dad's doing better and is in a rehab hospital since yesterday. Maybe I will finally find some time to catch up with important things like, say, TV! (Seriously, I still only have watched a couple of SPN eps and 2 Heroes eps this season!!! | 9:51 am | more tv and a squeeee you know what I own now? a shiny new graphic tablet! WEEE! it's totally awesome and I got it for much less money than it would have costed, which is even more awesome. they had a special offer for a tablet and I couldn't resist, it was too cheap, so I bought it, then at home discovered it was already used (the batteries were low power and there were stains on it) so I had it replaced and because they haven't had annother one anymore I got the bigger better version for the same money. whooohooo. I was so happy with my shiny new graphic tablet, holding it in my arms and smiling blissfully that a guy working there (the mall was Oktoerfest themed *eyeroll*) thought I was flirting with him and gave me a gingerbread heart. I was so perplexed that I muttered "thanks" and fled. I so suck at this flirting thing. and he was cute even! *shakes head* also I watched ( Heroes 2x01 and 2x02 ) of to watch Reaper and do my workout :) |

| 11:09 am | tv, music recs and more so, I've finally watched the first episode of the season. I have so much catching up to do, but the honor of the first went to ( Supernatural 3x01 The Magnificant Seven ) for JM's new album there are new pics floating around... (the tone of the newsletter of JMlive somehow makes me cringe everytime I get an email. I wonder why *rolls eyes*) JMlive album photo wide angle shots make my head all go spin around and my grammer flush down the toilet. (and this is almost fisheye, please tell me this isn't coming back in photography trends!) also, I'm jealous of the guitar. erm, not in the sense that I want to BE that guitar, mind you, but I really really wanna have it! I got my first postcard from the Big Postcard Exchange! WEEEE! Thanks so much Petzi, I love the card. it's awesomely tacky ;) and damn, you were fast! I still need to shop for cards today... all of you have to DL these songs! seriously. because don't want to be the only one having them stuck in my head. Beirut - Elephant Gun I tried to explain t to a co-worker: think of a drunken sailor version of Rufus Wainwright with strange instrumentals and music from a fair from a gone century contemporarily remastered he thought I was insane. but the song is awesome! heeee. Soko - I'll kill (h)er cutest murder threat ever. OMG, why aren't you all obsessed with it? or have I missed it when it was floating around. she's so sweet. ha! and the cute French accent. and my favorite line: I would have met your mum, she’d have said, “Please, can’t you make some beautiful babies” this line never fails to crack me up. bwahahahaha. as I got the songs from legal DLs for everyone I have no problem with sharing them here :) |

ME HAS A NEW COMPUTER!!!! *sobs* oh internet how I've missed you!!! and Photoshop! and everything! and YOU! so tell me quick. what new series do I have to watch? what kerfuffles have I missed? what did 6A do recently to drive us crazy? which journal do we post to these days? what's fandom doing? and how are YOU doing? spam me with your personal things. cause I'm at home tonight and I have INTERNET CONNECTION!!! also fair warning: I'm possibly gonna spam you the next couple of weeks, now that I'm connected to the web again. heeee. be afraid! | 6:00 pm | I'm pathetic. wanna know just how pathetic I am? I'm still on my rewatch of AtS, and I was watching the bonus material of the first half of Season 3 and then there were some Buffy trailers (for the DVD sets Season 2-4) and I CRIED through them. OMG, young and innocent Buffy, and evil Angelus and Dru and Spike! and then Faith showed up, and even for the S3 trailer they used Spike and everyone was so young and we never ever get new episodes and WUAAAAH! *bawls like a baby* you know, I only stopped (and started laughing my ass off) when they showed Buffy and Riley kissing as the highlight of S4. and then they said something like: show some INITIATIVE and get your own set. (heee, bad puns and Riley was too much!) so I was laughing under tears. yup, THAT's how pathetic I am. and speaking of AtS rewatching. ( this might be my favorite hero power walk shot ever... ) ( ...maybe second only to this one that makes my shipper heart swell ) ps: I think my parents are wondering about my frequent visits. heee. me instantly occupying their computer and complaining that I still haven't a new one should give them some hints about my sudden outburst of love and need for family closeness ;) Current Mood: pathetic |
